Chris Stanton is a long-time builder, business leader and strategic advisor to the remodeling industry. He is passionate about helping business owners remove the obstacles that thwart their success and champions the philosophy that we are at our best when we are doing what we love. After 30+ years of CEO and consulting experience, Chris is extremely well-versed in all aspects of growing, running and selling highly profitable construction businesses.

Chris founded and successfully ran Paragon General Contractors and Cabinetmakers Inc. until 1998 when he sold his 50% share of this $25 million per year high-end residential construction company. During his 19 years at Paragon Chris wore every hat--from cabinetmaker/carpenter to job superintendent to operations manager to CFO/CEO and chief sales person—and developed an outstanding reputation for integrity, caring for customers and employees, and hard-nosed business savvy.

In 2003, Chris started KSG Transform—a business consultancy www.ksgtransform.com -- with his partner, Jim Kelley, and began to provide consulting, training and coaching services to small to mid-sized businesses nationwide. The Remodeler’s Advisor, a division of KSG, is the culmination of years of advising remodelers and small construction business owners.

Chris has an M.A. degree in Consciousness Studies and speaks nationally about building successful companies, leadership, developing talent, succession, and surviving the new economy. Chris holds the following certifications in diagnostic assessments: CPBA, CPVA, CAIA, and is a certified Values Technologies™ provider.
